Candlelit Occasions Shipping Policy

Shipping Options - Royal Mail Standard Tracked

Delivery Time frame:
UK Standard Tracked delivery - Royal Mail standard tracked delivery service aim is 2-3 business days after dispatch. During peak periods some delivery services may be longer

Cost:
We offer FREE Royal Mail Standard Tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom for our customers for purchases over £50. For orders of £50 or less a Standard Tracked delivery charge of £3.85 is applied at checkout. We use Royal Mail tracked for all UK orders.

Tracking:
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

• Note: to receive tracking updates a customer needs to ensure either an email address or mobile number is listed at the time of ordering.

Delivery Days:
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Signature Requirement:
A signature is not required for Royal Mail Standard Tracked deliveries. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left in a safe place or a card will be left to arrange a re-delivery or collection from the local sorting office.

Orders received on Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays, are usually packed and dispatched the next day, following receipt of payment of the order. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following working day. During peak times or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
